OUR[students] Problems.

how to prevent ourselves from getting sleepy in the class?
and why do we feel sleepy until we cannot concentrate what teachers teach?
if possible,tell us how to solve this type of problem.

maybe...
a) you don't have enough sleep at night
b) you eat too much in the morning
c) no exercise

so, you must...
a) have enough sleep at night
b) take your breakfast but not too much
c) do some exercise everyday

..and even you feel sleepy during class, you must know how to be alert... maybe you can drop your pen... Smile
