Hello,How are you? Today I want to tell you about THE IMPORTANCE OF ENGLISH. Do you know that English is important? English is one of the national langguage to some countries. I like English because it helps me to communicate to people in other countries. I also like English because I love to speak English to my family and friends. I think English is the best

English is very important language and everyone need to learn it. English understood in all countries and its is international language. Many students going to abroad for learn this language. I m also doing study english in london for improve my english skills.

the important of english is: english is global language in this world,and it haves more function than just for communicate.

watching cartoon is good. but it is more better if u watching it without subtiles. this will make you improve your english

Yes, undeniably all language is important to be learnt.However, since English has become the international language so it is strongly advisable for all of us to get to know it. How crucial English is? It is spoken in more than 300 countries world wide and the language of expression and communication.
How to improve your English? Communicate, converse and mingle around with the English natives possibly or English speakers. Same goes to mastering other languages such as Arabic, Japanese etc ,you have to fully use all the senses -sight, hear, touch, feel, 'smell'..- synergize them .Pherghh~!!!
One of the tips is: e.g. keep watching documentaries, movies esp in tv3 or other channels that offer 'English subtitles' -so as they r speaking native language, you grab both languages - Bahasa Melayu and English subtitles.. match and find the words real quick.. grab grab grab...you 'll find you'll be good in translation.Super wow!! isnt it amazing? Try at home. You'll spellbounded ur buddies.Not necessarily you'll learn only in classroom atmosphere, but also you'll gain more and more linguistics skills and knowledge while having fun-learning science e.g. national geographics etc.

The most important thg is: Be sincere/honest in whatever u learn.
Ikhlas -for the sake of God- makes u super power amazing avid learners.
Remember to learn by heart. by heart. correct your intention:
I m gonna learn this for the sake of God so that I can teach others.

i really agree with you isadora... yes, if we really want to learn english, we must be sincere & honest... i like the words remember to learn by heart... we need to be really be ourselves when learning english and not just pretending... nothing is impossible... if other people can, we ourselves also can...

wow isadora...!!i'm very impressed with your statements...it's really great to know that there are people like you who likely to be a debater for english language usage in our daily lives...i'm fully agreed with you...since the government is about to change mathematics and science learning to bm..i'm very upset with it...my teacher once said that it would get better with bm..but i don't think so...as i'm born to learn it in english..i'm very disagree....coz after this...i have to learn again the phrase of science and math in bm.....i'm so disagree with it...>.<

Yea, though I strongly believe that English is important,I'm quite indifferent in terms of using English as a medium of core nd technological subjects like Maths and Science. You, know basically it has pros and cons. The downside of applying straight to maths and science are affecting some rural areas ss and other weak students. However, I would think for some avid learners(easily pick up)-it's fine for them. It's not a mere matter of familiarization of the students to the English terminologies ..the big issue is- as English is applied to be used fully in core subjects maths and science- then BM our mother tongue would certainly be left behind-not becoming as intellectual language-a language only to describe some commonest factors, a cliche' of the peasants(not by the intellectuals, prof. etc) That's the real issue behind all these. Whilst u can see , the deteriotation of some maths and science perfomance in some schools (with regard to the correlation to the previous years' (of BM usage) performances). Then, educators and the likes aware something going on- amidst the process.. it is a real downside to the rural students of lower eng background- their FUture have been jeopardized! They not only are left behind in English subject-but due to low proficiency level of English; they are also left behind in the knowledge and skills of Maths and Science subjects..just imagine.. How agony the life would be. It's so scary to face somehow. Actually , I guess the English usage in Science is relevant but not Maths , but it must be alongwith the mother tongue -for the terminologies.. well at least, linguistics skills of our studs are better off then. I dont know, there r lots of things to discuss on round table esp by the experts ..I guess MBMMBI is the best solution.) Ibarat Menarik rambut dr tepung, rambut x putus, tepung x berselerak. sensible.permissible.acceptable.wholewide.
